Frederick Casemero Terry (1827-1869). Arrived Sydney 1852. Watercolours by him were included in first exhibition of Australian art shown in Paris 1855. Terry was an admirer of Conrad Martens. About 40 of his works were engraved for his splendid volume – succinctly know as ‘The Australian Keepsake’ including many views ‘Harbour of Port Jackson’ Represented in the ‘Artist and the Patron’ at AGNSW 1988.
