Harold Septimus Power (1878 1951) Power studied at the Academie Julian, Paris from 1905-07. Exhibited first with the Melbourne Art Club at the age of 17. After his Paris studies he settled in London, became a member of the Royal Institute of Painters in Oils. Exhibited at the Royal Academy and served as an official war artist with the Australian infantry services during world WW1. Represented in State and Regional Galleries, and Imperial War Museum, London.
